So yesterday i managed to make it to the track n do a fairly slow 2 miles in 30min again. Hopefully today my grandaughter n i are going to make it back to my trail in the woods where i did most of my training last year n i think i will actually make it a full three miles today. Especially if my new runmeter app is along to help inspire me to keep going by knowing exactly how far i have gone n how far i have to keep going! But i think the biggest difference will not being doing boring laps! One good thing yesterday was running on the outside lap made it go quicker!
