Even if I only did 2 miles and struggled to run parts of that- I did do that much and just feel so much stronger and capable. The thing I love about running more then anything is the confidence it gives you for the rest of your day:
• you know you’ve accomplished something most other people can’t do
• you feel good about you’re physical appearance no matter what you look like
• you can almost always do more then you expect and each time you try it gets better
• its one of the easiest skills to see improvement quickly- I have to say it takes training and coaching to reach goals so my recommendation is don’t start alone and keep listening to podcasts or reading blogs for inspiration and success tips
