So one of my favorite and inspirational podcasts I have been listening to lately is runner girls. It’s about three young women who shared a goal of running a half marathon. Each week they would discuss their training, recommend a product, discuss medical and nutrition issues, and overall inspire other runners with their journeys. The runner girls are honest, humble, and encouraging. I learn a lot about my journey by listening to theirs. I almost always feel like running after I listen to their podcast and can’t wait to get out on the track or trail the next day. Check it out.
